In 2006 I faced death from a previously undetected heart condition.  This was a beautiful gift from my holy guardian angel.

I am crossing a tightrope across the Abyss, and sometimes I feel afraid.

I'm a father & husband blessed with a fantastic family.  I'm a published author of fiction & poetry.  I have a day job in an office.

Under my “real” name I'm a fairly well-known computer security expert and author.  Qar'neh Ayelet haShachar is the spiritual name I received in 1990 from the rabbi of Temple Solomon.  In Hebrew it means “ray of the morning star”.  It also has some interesting Gematria.

I sometimes wonder if consciousness creates matter, or matter creates consciousness.  Then I empty my mind and realize the answer is Neither.

Inner School contact doesn't always work exactly the way you might think.  In 2002 I was given exactly one word: “Sedona”.  That word changed my life.

Since then I've begun the Work of the Red Lion but I confess that much above Grade 5=6 is still outside my comfort zone.  No-thing-ness is harder to embrace than Oneness.  Ram Dass said “Enlightmenment is the biggest disappointment your ego willl ever face.”

Oh, and I also eat chocolate ice cream twice a week and watch American Idol with my teenage daughter.  :=)
